I'm not one that normally follows recruiting matters closely, but today seems to have been an historic day for Stanford.  This class looks on paper to be awesome.

This tempered with the fact that recruiting services don't always get it right.  But the fact remains, you can't take a 6 foot 2, 175 pound guy and make him into an outstanding left tackle. 

2012 an important season for David Shaw.  If we can keep the recruiting going and the staff somewhat intact, well, we just may enter a new era.  I don't expect us to play in the Fiesta Bowl every year, but I sure don't want to go back to the Wlat days.
