Further arguments to dispel notion of earlier introduction to CA

Notes that Seattle flu study sequenced many samples from January. Not a single match. And only 10 from February. Also notes genome sequence tracing indicates first entry to US end of January directly from China. Other entries later by way of Europe.
Other interesting tidbit, speculates we are undercounting cases by 10-20x. But even that only gets us to 2-3% prevalence.
