Various reporters on Twitter are speculating either:

or:
b) a strong consideration (see Adam Schefter: https://twitter.com/#!/AdamSchefter/stat...5996706816)
Unlike Brian Polian, this would hurt but should be surmountable. It'd also give Shaw quite a bit of flexibility in reshaping the staff: with special teams, inside linebackers, and co-defensive coordinator also missing spots from last year, he could do several different things based on the coaches he's eying.
