Guess that's what happens when the federal government goes AWOL. Trump hasn't even settled on who's going to be on his grand re-opening council, let alone had that council put forward a plan for reopening. It's appalling to me that I've now read 3-4 really well developed plans for re-opening provided by think tanks and universities, 10 governors are hard at work at this, and the federal government doesn't even have a team in place yet.
