The defense is taking some big hits. First, Tarver and now Shane. IMO, a DUI, without more, is not enough to dismiss a player from the team. However, there will certainly be consequences, as there should be if he pleads or is convicted. Skov was not expected to participate in Spring ball. If he pleads or is convicted, I suspect he'll be suspended until fall practice and perhaps a game or two. Disappointing lack of judgment on Skov's part, but sadly not an uncommon event among students (drinking and driving). Glad there was no accident.
