Is it too late for Skov to declare for the draft?  That may become the best option.

Shaw does not have much time to act.  Tara acted before JJ was even arrested.  If this story drags out for a few days it will make Shaw look indecisive and further besmirch the team's clean image.

This is a terrible, terrible shame.

It's okay for us to hire a head football coach (not Shaw) with a past DUI but a player DUI, in and of itself, is cause for kicking said player off the team? Come on... unless there's more to this that we don't know about yet, Skov deserves a one- or two-game suspension (plus exclusion from all team activities other than rehab as Redrum pointed out ;) ).

I'm not implying that this is not damaging to the team nor that it's acceptable. I'm merely pointing out that there are other (and perhaps more) relevant comparison points besides Hones.
