Well, because Trump donates his presidential salary to charity, he is a volunteer.  :)
But I hear his cabinet houses a few of them! (or maybe it used to, I don't keep track)

I view Wilbur Ross and Donald Trump and Betsy DeVos as corporations and not people who are going to require $1200 checks to survive. Point being is that big business and the financial sector are going to get taken care of because they are the ones who donate to politicians. The little people merely sometimes vote.
