The APR is a sham. The APR was designed to avoid having any impact on schools that know how to play the game of keeping players eligible. The factory schools figured out how to do play the eligibility game long ago, so they aren't affected. The schools that get punished are mostly the poor step-children of the NCAA -- the Charleston Southerns, Southeastern Louisianas, and Sam Houston States of the world. It's a total crock. If Connecticut can't figure out how to beat that rigged system, they truly deserve to be punished just for being stupid.
