In terms of seeds, it's difficult for me to seriously consider Dook as a potential #1 after the home beatdown they took from UConn -- it was not pretty or even as close as the score suggests.  In fact, I think there is a pretty significant quality dropoff after the first four ranked teams, ND's surprising loss to WVU notwithstanding.  So I think the Cardinal should be in good shape for a #1 seed.  Among the #1 seeds, Baylor looks like a lock for the top spot, with how the remaining three sort out depending on how UConn and ND do in their conference tourney & how the Cardinal does vs UC.  Currently I would probably put the Cardinal 4th on that list simply because the Pac-12 simply does not offer as much competition as the Big 12 or the Big East.
