This could probably be done at places like Murphy Street in Sunnyvale and maybe even California Ave in Mountain View.
Drive-in theaters are about to be all the rage again.
There was some discussion about drive-ins on the bay area subreddit and the conclusion was that there are still too many shared points of contact (concessions and bathrooms, mainly). You could probably manage concessions with some kind of app sales and carhops, but bathrooms would be tricky.
