This will be a scandal as bad or worse than the lack of testing. Howard Zucker (New York Health Commissioner) should be fired over this, and NY voters should hold Cuomo accountable for this ridiculously stupid decision.
I get that NY was trying to reduce the burden on hospitals, which were overburdened. But to send them to nursing homes without checking to ensure they were not infectious was indefensible.
