There are going to be some serious safety concerns with these vaccines. We don't understand either the short-term Geriatric or long-term Pediatric inflammatory responses very well at all. Those issues could really be a problem if vaccine induced, and are even more likely with whole virus vaccines. I believe the Oxford effort uses a whole virus approach.
