To be honest, I am guessing Europe and Canada will all eventually have a second wave. This thing is too tricky to keep down for long, even with slow and modest reopening. But when this is all over they will definitely have done a better job at preventing deaths, and getting more of their citizens to the vaccine finish line than we do.
