This seems to be the same as, or at least very similar to summer session. Many athletes currently arrive early depending on the schedule for their games. It is for athletes who are in their pre-season workouts, because all games are pushed into 2021. The student athletes on campus will take their remote classes from their "village" and do their pre-season sessions. In 2021, if they decide to keep them separate and start having games but don't think it is safe enough for at least some other students to be on campus, then I think there are issues. For the Fall, I think it is creative and a good way to try to contain any spread in order to keep everyone safe.
