FIrst thought, "Yikes, that's a lot"

Second thought, (from the article): "Sebastianelli said it is not clear to him or cardiologists who have been consulted exactly how concerning this finding is, and he suggested some cardiologists do not think it is a major problem."  I am still at a loss to answer how clinically significant asymptomatic cardiac MRI findings are. 

Third thought... is a common finding of unknown significance worth the risk?

Fourth thought... remember, college athletes aren't getting paid for this.
