The only opt-out for NFL purposes I could see happening is Adebo, though he returned for a reason...if there's any sort of season he will want to put some film out there showing that double moves won't roast him anymore.
This is now Mills' team, and he hasn't even started a full season at the helm yet. Not enough there for the NFL at this point, though they are certainly interested in how he looks this year.
FWIW, Hinton's parents are very happy with the measures Stanford has taken to ensure the safety of their kids. (Michigan with elder son Chris too, for that matter. Michigan's football team had zero positive Covid tests in August.) They are very unhappy with the lack of measures taken by plenty of other schools.
The common sentiment I'm seeing all over our players' Twitters and Instagrams is that they all want to play. Unless there's some underlying condition (Mike Williams @ SMU for example previously had heart complications), I have no clue if anyone sits out for Covid reasons. The guys are back on campus practicing now.
