Looks likeLawrence will be playing in Atlanta or New York. I still like the N Dakota kid for Shanahan.

I’m thinking if the Jets get Lawrence, the Niners can get Darnold fairly cheap.  He’s been disappointing.  But he’s talented.

This is exactly what I have been thinking since Week 3. The Niners can pick up Darnold for a 3rd or 4th round pick. I am 100% convinced he will flourish in Shanahan's system. Maybe Lynch can get the Jets to pay some of Darnold's salary. Even if Garoppolo rights himself this season, Darnold would be a better #2 than Mullens or Beathard.
