The source article is worth reading, because the factors driving the US rating down weren't the ones discussed when the Covid pandemic broke in March.
That said, one of them - lack of confidence in the government - is a devastating critique of Trump.
I wouldn't give you two cents for all your fancy rules if, behind them, they didn't have a little bit of plain, ordinary, everyday kindness - yeah, and a little looking out for the other fella, too.
