Well the president himself doesn't trust the government. I think that outsider thing played better before he took office.

There was aforlorn hope in 2017 that the Twitter act was a campaign tactic that Trump would give up once he was in office. Hasn't exactly worked out, and the act is very, very old.

I wouldn't give you two cents for all your fancy rules if, behind them, they didn't have a little bit of plain, ordinary, everyday kindness - yeah, and a little looking out for the other fella, too.
