You see an option for a subscription fee rather than already having a provider? I'm not seeing it (but could be my bleary eyes...).

  

I believe that if you load the app on Fire TV and then try to watch sports via the app, they will hit you up for a subscription.

No luck. It gives me a 5-minute preview and an option to sign in (using a Pac-12 Network provider) or a link for more info (which leads to the same).
