Personally, I worry about the conference tournaments.  If one player plays with undetected COVID in the first or second round game, how many teams are impacted, out of that tourney AND the NCAA tourney?   

Thus far, I have not heard of much spread on the field/court. (actually, I haven't heard of any, but I definitely haven't looked everywhere)  Hopefully that's a sign that playing on a court/field where the airflow should be pretty continuous minimizes the chance of you catching it from tightly covering/defending/marking someone.
