If players are getting COVID, it means either they are passing it amongst themselves in their "bubble" or getting it from outside their bubble.  If they are contracting COVID from outside, then that means they are interacting with enough outside people that they can give it to them.  The saving grace is that they are testing frequently, so the period in which they might be infected and not know it is short.
