I agree with Gottlieb here.  Get the first dose into as many arms as possible as quickly as possible, and worry about the second dose as it becomes available.

Me too, with the added caveat that lots of effort should be expended at the Government level to ensure the second dose will be available. By this I mean actually helping (not interfering in the production) by expediting any supply chain difficulties that may arise.
