Great news.
MT, I hope the 40m doses in December happens. But I am almost certain it will not. Like I mentioned yesterday, if there were 40m doses, California should get a lot more than the 2ish million Newsom is expecting by the end of the month. If they deliver ~20m as seems more likely, hopefully the other 20m come in January along with the planned 60m for a total of 80m.
But let's see what happens. OWS has to this point overpromised and underdelivered.
