Both UCLA and Arizona have secured mega recruiting classes; I'm pretty confident in Sean Miller's ability to capitalize, so let's call Arizona the presumptive preseason favorite. With the craziness around UCLA, they're hard to judge, but there's (theoretically) a lot of talent there. So Dawkins has his work cut out for him. Let's hope this moves in the right direction next year--everything should be in place.
