There needs to be continuing updating and reporting on the side effects. As more data accumulates, most people will feel more comfortable. There is a limited supply of vaccine now, so people who defer getting now are not a real problem. In 3 months, there should be enough data to make a large majority of Americans willing to get the vaccine.
