I read it the same way. My point was that Harder seems to be putting all of the blame on Dorrell for the negative effects this incident has, whereas I think Petrino deserves at least as much of the blame. Dorrell and Petrino together did a ton of damage to all women working in male-dominated sports, and yet Harder is criticizing only Dorrell for that.
