Well, if there is no minimum attempt restriction and no position restriction, McCaffrey was 2-3 for 2 TDs - and a career PER of 395.9.
Of course Gerhart was 1-1 for 1 TD (PER 581), so that is a pretty high percentage of TDs per attempt.
