This is so idiotic.

LA County is telling ambulances not to bring people with low likelihood of survival to the hospitals and to take steps to coserve oxygen:

And yet college sports is proceeding as if nothing is amiss, going so far as to avoid jurisdictions with inconvenient public health restrictions.  For goodness sakes, put the season on pause and resume it in April or May when we don't have 125,000 Americans hospitalized and our most vulnerable have been vaccinated.

Looks like LA county now has a mandatory 10 day quarantine, but has conveniently carved out an exemption for incoming professional and collegiate sports teams. https://www.latimes.com/california/story...lers-works
