Any scholarship experts out there?

According to our roster, we have 14 players, with Brown and Dodson both inactive. 
So we have an extra scholarship to play with?

That may explain why we lose three players from this year's team after graduation--
Jerome, Wilson, and Williams--
but have four scholarship players coming in:
Bosgana, Harriel, Demetre and Iriafen.

But if so, doesn't that mean Tara can sign four players in this Betts/2022-23 class,
to replace the two Hulls, Dodson, and Brown?
