In the STM newsletter, they announced 5th year seniors wide receiver Cameron Buzzell, tight end Tucker Fisk, fullback Houston Heimuli, defensive end Ryan Johnson, outside linebacker Thunder Keck, inside/outside linebacker Gabe Reid, defensive tackle Dalyn Wade-Perry and free safety Noah Williams are returning, we already knew about 4th year senior Booker, and also 6th year seniors outside linebacker Jordan Fox, running back Dorian Maddox and quarterback Isaiah Sanders.
I count 9 seniors who have started plus several others like Sanders who have playing time (and scored a touchdown!) Considering that many starters were sophomores (many linemen, running backs and defensive backs), that is a lot of starters returning.
Despite all the doom and gloom, I’d rate this group of returners great news. I was particularly concerned about d linemen and linebackers, and it feels like almost all are returning.
