Parents have apparently had enough with the powers that be in the state and have organized well over a hundred rallies for Friday at 4pm to encourage them to allow kids to play sports and to go back to school. Most of the rallies will be held at high schools across the state. Unfortunately, a large one at the Capitol was cancelled because the state pulled their permit due to concerns over safety. 

Amazing how fast this has been pulled together, on December 31st, a Facebook group was started and now has over 33k members. Great to see people from all walks of life and both sides of the aisle actually working together for something.

Well sometimes people are working together for really stupid somethings. Someone should tell these people what the state of the pandemic is. Even though half of them probably think it is a hoax or something.
