Interview with assailant + his sister without hearing anything from victim or her family  = temperate accounting?   

  Many Oregon alums I know are outraged with their outlaw program.  Some think Kelly is fixing it.  Others think he is part of the problem, citing the ESPN reporting recently of rampant drug usage.    But again, to each their own.  Sounds like he has some good qualities besides speed and killing Stanford.
