Most interesting, they talk a bit about how Stanford has actually become a national power, not just a team that had the stars align for a year or two. Of course, Jesse Palmer thinks Ryan Hewitt is the #2 wide receiver, but in general they do a good job. It's six minutes long, and definitely worth your time.
