Simple solution. Fire Haase, hire Walton. It gets him off TV.

I think the Geneva Convention forbids doing this to POWs, let alone your own students.

Yeah, and the Eight Amendment forbids cruel and unusual punishment.

Even if you could get by those legal hurdles, the team would never get any real practice.  Walton would start each session with an arcane philosophical lesson couched in a story of when he traveled to [fill in the blank], and two hours later an assistant coach would wake the players and interrupt Walton to announce that practice was over.
