We're not actually scheduled to play Northwestern in 2017-2018.  According to this site (and it sounds familiar) we're playing them in 2015-2016, and again from 2019-2022.  We play Rice in 2016-2017, which means 2016 and 2017 are filled up, basically with Rice replacing SJSU.  Maybe playing NW earlier gets us out of having to schedule them in 2017?  Or maybe ND will be part of the B1G by then...
