I think the path to the top 5 has to be to take advantage of the remaining par 5s, 14 and 18 with a flurry of birdies, maybe an eagle. Stanford already missed an opportunity to make some headway when nobody birdied the par 5 9th, the 2nd easiest hole on the course. Hopefully they can get some putts to fall.
