WNBA players don't make bank unless they go overseas in the offseason (where salaries are better) or translate their NIL into sponsorship deals. And the WNBA is going to make it worse starting next year when they will penalize players who are late for training camp due to overseas obligations. There are starters in the WNBA who make less than $60k for the season.
