The worst sports interviewer is a guy named Kreuger on KNBR. He gives an answer to his question before the subject can speak.

Ralph Barbieri was the worst at that.  
Agree that short, open-ended interview questions are better - let the interviewee tell you his/her answer (not regurgitate yours).  Also agree that some announcers "lead" because they like to hear themselves talk and want to be seen as smart in anticipating the response.  But sometimes I get the sense the questioner provides a possible answer just so the interviewee doesn't freeze up or can't think of anything.  It's still not the interviewee's answer, but at least the sentiment of the "leader" was okay.  I think that's why Krueger does it - or at least I recall instances where that was my impression.
