Reading that article, I was reminded that the main reason that Jack West was named the starter against KState was that he was more experienced and knew the system better.  That should have translated into playing better than McKee.  It did not.  In fact, he played worse by almost any measure.  

Now, Shaw has more experience watching Jack West play QB in a real games.  Let's hope this experience will cause him to keep West on the sideline.
