Love the fact he grew up in Gainseville and certainly has a great appreciation for the Florida AD and in particular, the football program.  IMO, that's just as good as being employed in the AD of a school with a big time football program.  Plus he played hoops at an Ivy league school, came out of the esteemed Ohio Sports Management program, and was AD at a big time basketball school.  Sounds like a great background for an AD you want to care about football and men's hoops, and understand the business side well.
