The Delaware women's bball team won the CAA last year and was a 3 seed in the NCAA tournament, for what it's worth.

I wouldn't read much into that.  The team did well mostly because they had Elena Delle Donne dropped into their laps, so their success tells us nothing about how good a job the AD did.
