I am pretty sure you are capable of conducting an "investigation" that will convince YOU that you have determined exactly what someones vaccination status was at any given time. However, what you accept as a standard of proof is not necessarily what many would require. The rules that are in place are designed to prevent those who actually know ground truth from revealing that truth. I would quote coach Mora here, but am sure you can know what I meant so I won't.
