I have a suggestion. Have your daughter evaluated periodically by a top notch physical therapist who works with collegiate or national level athletes. You might need a prescription from a physician to get that done. A good PT with that kind of experience can find problems before they turn into injuries. They can give her the correct stretches and strengthening to prevent those knees from becoming injury prone, which she can incorporate into her daily warm-up. Proper leg maintenance can prevent improper use of the knee joint.
