Stanford has been playing extraordinarily bad football these last few weeks.  Unless something changes, like getting McKee and a few others back, I think they's lose to the vast majority of Division 1 teams, and a good number of FCS teams.  The lack speed, scheme, coaching, play-calling, tackling, blocking, strength, conditioning, and fire.  Just atrocious.  Being favored by only 4 points is probably locker room motivation for Cal. 

That said....    Why does cal get to postpone a game when they claim a bunch of their players tested positive for covid, whereas Stanford has to take it on the chin when a bunch of its players are unavailable due to actual football injuries?  Seems a bit like Judge Smail's broken arm to me.... Just say'n.

I'd guess there was some arm twisting by the Pac-12 to reschedule the Cal/USC game to avoid the stigma of a COVID forfeit....so now I'm hoping that if we lose Big Game that UCLA beats Cal, and that USC beats Cal but loses to UCLA and BYU so neither Cal nor USC are bowl eligible...but that's just me being me....
