Not a lot of outbound transfers from the program, even among the women who haven’t gotten much playing time.  Alyssa Jerome has stuck it out (even coming back a fifth year), despite being pretty deep into the bench.  We’ve had a few transfers (eg Marta Sniezek) but plenty have stayed, despite limited PT.
