1.  I'm with mbdude and CardFan10Fan on NOT being a fan of the quick triggers from Tara.  Especially since it's applied in inconsistent manner (it's that kind of stuff that breeds claims of favoritism). 

If you think "favoritism" is how Tara coaches, maybe you'd better find another team.  If there are players that think favoritism is how Tara coaches, maybe they'd better grow up on a different team.   It is clear that if you don't play to your potential, you sit.  Players that have earned their spots get more leeway, but even those that have earned their place, will often have to sit.

For instance, here are all fouls in an pre-season, close (but won) game from November 2007.
No, not every foul for every player results in a substitution, but most do.  Key players are more likely to be left in.   Specifically, the point guard (Ros) was typically left in.
But, you may recognize some of these names where players are pulled right after fouling.

At this point in 2021-2022, I'd say that the only one mostly guaranteed not to sit quickly is the point guard (Lexie) until someone else shows they can be point.  The post (Brink) is pretty well set as well, but I notice she gets tired and asks to be taken out.   I think Jones and Belibi are probably going to get some extra time.   Everyone else (including Lacie) are having to earn their time on the court, and are likely to get pulled after a foul or other turnover.
