Exactly. I'm sick and tired of reading about the future draft prospects of our players. I mean, who cares? This program will never get off the ground if Haase can't keep guys around longer.

Well, what do you expect him to do if a kid is being projected as a first round pick?  Maybe don’t recruit guys with one and done potential?  Look at the schools that are successful and generally have guys that stick around.  What are they doing?  

And of course, being able to develop kids once they arrive is crucial.
