Didn't an arranged tour at ESPN for Maya Moore during her recruitment by UConn have something to do with the Pat Summit - Geno Auriemma rift?

Maybe Stanford should include tours of Facebook or Google for its recruits. :)

I remember this as well, though I couldn't bring to mind the name of the player involved. Pat apparently was furious and it was after this that she put an end to what had been a home and home series with UConn. There was a lot of talk then about how ESPN was favoring UConn -- and how that was impacting recruitment -- in UConn's favor.
