i just watched the mills highlights of the texans chargers game. 

aside from great passes (no surprise in a highlights clip), i was struck by his stance to receive the ball in the shotgun. at stanford he had what seemed to me an odd stance: he looked so stiff with both knees locked, bent at the waist. yesterday on film i see him receiving the shotgun snap with bent knees and vertical back. he looks so much more natural and comfortable. amazing what a bit of coaching can do!
